Bringing Financial Inclusion to Haiti
Fonkoze’s 44 branches cover every area of Haiti. Our unprecedented reach provides many Haitians’ only access to financial services.
With the estimate of Haitians who hold savings accounts at only 9%, Fonkoze’s branches play a critical role in providing over 200,000 account-holders with access to savings. In addition, Fonkoze is one of the few organizations operating in rural Haiti that can offer a full suite of financial services, including remittance, money transfer and foreign currency exchange services. Together with our microcredit services, our financial services are bringing financial inclusion to hundreds of thousands of Haitians.
Fonkoze’s Branch Network
Our branch network also acts as the infrastructure through which Fonkoze provides programs and services. But our branches are just the beginning—from there, nearly 2,000 client centers span every area of the country, enabling us to provide critical services, including business skills training, education, and health to over 64,000 women throughout Haiti.
