Fonkoze Financial Services Appoints Dominique Boyer as CEO

 

Port‐au‐Prince, Haiti – March 29, 2017 ‐ Sèvis Finansye Fonkoze, S.A. (Fonkoze Financial Services or SFF) is proud to announce the appointment of Dominique Boyer as Chief Executive Officer effective April 1, 2017. Ms. Boyer joined SFF in 2009 as the Director of Internal Audit and was promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2013. She has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of management, accounting, internal and external auditing of organizations in numerous sectors including banking, government institutions, NGOs, and private businesses.

 

Ms. Boyer will be replacing the current CEO, Matthew Brown, who began working with SFF as a

consultant in January 2011 and has led the organization as CEO since September 2013. “I am very

excited to see Dominique take over the role of CEO,” he said. “Her expertise and commitment to

empowering her fellow Haitian women will serve her well as she leads the continued development of this great organization.”

 

SFF is also pleased to announce the appointment of Brigitte Rousseau as Chief Financial Officer who joined the team on February 1st, 2017. Ms. Rousseau returns to her native Haiti after more than a decade abroad. With over 25 years of experience in finance, audit, accounting and internal control, Ms. Rousseau will play a key role within SFF’s executive management team.

financially self‐sustaining manner.
