Fonkoze Financial Services
Our financial services are provided through Sèvis Finansye Fonkoze (SFF), Haiti's leading microfinance organization. SFF promotes financial inclusion through its double bottom line: lifting families and communities out of poverty while operating in a financially self-sustaining manner.
SFF offers micro and small business loans, savings products, international and domestic money transfer services, currency exchange services, payroll services and more.
The following loan programs are designed to address the financial needs of our clients, wherever they may be on their journey out of poverty:
• Ti Kredi ("Little Credit")
• Solidarity (Group Lending)
• Business Development (Lending program for clients positioned at the top of our Staircase Out of Poverty)
DID YOU KNOW? Nearly 70% of Haiti’s commercial bank branches are located in Port-au-Prince. This leaves many rural Haitians without access to critical financial services like savings, money transfers, and remittances.
Fonkoze is committed to serving Haiti’s most vulnerable. 90% of our 44 branches are located in rural areas, reaching Haitians who would otherwise have no access to financial services.
With approximately 200,000 savings clients and nearly $70 million in remittances processed every year, SFF provides an economic lifeline for hundreds of thousands of people across Haiti.
